I had such a great experience here! Clean, fresh & left me feeling so good! I highly recommend the infrared light bed, it was my personal favourite and left me feeling so revived especially after a bad knee injury, I could notice the difference immediately!

I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Instead of dreading exercise as I used to in the past I find myself looking forward to the next session.

I love going to Ozone Healing Centre. Jelanie is thorough, caring and very knowledgeable. I regularly go for Presso and Ozyone treatments which boosts my energy levels, reduces my inflammation and is incredible for my skin.
