Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

I have been struggling with bad PGP throughout my pregnancy and Sarah has really helped ease my hip pain through massage. It's a noticeable difference straight away and helps ease the pain even when in bed. I recommend Sarah to anyone - thank you for always fixing me!

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

Such a a wonderful massage. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots but still very relaxing. I could feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back melting away. Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. Snezhana was amazing, she really listened to what I needed and was constantly checking in that everything was okay. With a chronic illness massages/treatments can be difficult to get right for me but this was perfect and exactly what I needed after a stressful few months! Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. A wonderful fascia massage on the neck and shoulders.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.
