it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.

Relaxing therapeutic massage.

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!

Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.
