Such a a wonderful massage. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots but still very relaxing. I could feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back melting away. I went in for a toner and the stylist, Jo, was very good at understanding my problem of yellowing hair, and picked the correct shade. She did a very good head wash and her head massage was fantastic. She dried it exactly as to how I like it. A very good and competent stylist who was friendly and cheerful.
