Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

I have been struggling with bad PGP throughout my pregnancy and Sarah has really helped ease my hip pain through massage. It's a noticeable difference straight away and helps ease the pain even when in bed. I recommend Sarah to anyone - thank you for always fixing me!

Such a a wonderful massage. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots but still very relaxing. I could feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back melting away. The space had a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I really appreciate the attention & focus that Kerry gives. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had—I’ll definitely be back!”

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. Snezhana was amazing, she really listened to what I needed and was constantly checking in that everything was okay. With a chronic illness massages/treatments can be difficult to get right for me but this was perfect and exactly what I needed after a stressful few months! Will definitely be back to Natural Body Cafe soon.

I can highly recommend Sarah’s Beauty Therapy as I have been visiting Sarah for 16 years.I have had microdermabrasion and collagen lift facials, massages,manicures and Reiki treatments all wonderful treatments with great results. Sarah has an incredible positive and professional manner and I always leave feeling truly pampered.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
