Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. Natalie, the specialist, stood out with her expertise, reflecting a genuine passion for her work. The attention to detail during the procedure was remarkable. A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Excellent! I had a full body massage after a two day cycle trip over the mountains and this was just what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the masseuse Tiwawan was very friendly, and the massage was perfect. I will be coming back again for sure!

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

Incredible! I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was excellent. The treatment was very relaxing, and I felt lighter and refreshed afterwards. Ewa (the therapist) was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back!
