One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Tanya. I walked in full of tension and walked out feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. Tanya is amazing at what she does — honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ella is incredible—I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and never had anyone do my nails like her. I’m so lucky to have chosen Posh Beauty and Academy as my first salon in Cardiff. She was so thoughtful, helped fix issues from previous acrylics, and gave the best advice—two chromed nails on each hand were definitely the right call! Had a lovely experience for my first massage. The little salon next to her house was very clean and tidy, it had a relaxing vibe straight away. Rebecca was very welcoming and chatty, explained what would be done during the massage. It was very good and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely be booking again soon.
