I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. As a first-timer to massages and an anxious person, Leigh-Anne made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout and helped take me through the entire experience with care. Highly recommended if you're nervous about going for your first massage.

Had a wonderful Swedish massage from Natalie, a lovely calm and relaxing treatment room and a very relaxing treatment. Natalie was friendly and warm and made me feel at ease right away. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ella is incredible—I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and never had anyone do my nails like her. I’m so lucky to have chosen Posh Beauty and Academy as my first salon in Cardiff. She was so thoughtful, helped fix issues from previous acrylics, and gave the best advice—two chromed nails on each hand were definitely the right call! She truly cares about her work, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Ella—I’ll definitely be back!

I had really tense muscles when I went in but felt so much more relaxed after the massage. The masseuse is also a very lovely lady and made me feel comfortable as someone who has never had a massage before ☺️
