Excellent! I had a full body massage after a two day cycle trip over the mountains and this was just what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the masseuse Tiwawan was very friendly, and the massage was perfect. I will be coming back again for sure!

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. Excellent as always. I love this Penarth branch of Ener-chi . All the staff work so hard under tremendous pressure as is the norm nowadays unfortunately. They persevere and are always helpful and cheerful. Joanne is amazing and you can tell she is very experienced in her craft.

Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

I had an amazing experience and aromatherapy massage with Kimberley who is excellent at her job. I was very much in need of a massage from leading a very active lifestyle. Kimberley was so thorough and listened to what I needed. I left feeling completely relaxed and my body feeling relieved of tension. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Kim is a fabulous woman. Her studio is relaxing the minute you walk in. I had the best back massage, where Kim is surperb in finding and focusing. An endless massage until I felt relaxed and the beginning of healing. I know I need more work in certain areas and I shall be making more appointments. Worth every penny. Highly recommend Zen Botanical. Thank you Kim. My pedicure and manicure is tops, lovely colours to choose from.
