The studio is warm and a very welcoming space. the instructors are very knowledgable and make you feel comfortable to complete the workout no matter your past experience with pilates. Highly recommended!

I am having physiotherapy with Aristo after breaking my ankle, and my first session was a great experience. He is very patient and takes the time to explain each step before proceeding, which helps reduce any stress. He allows me to work at my own pace, making the session comfortable and encouraging. Additionally, he provides extra instructions and helpful exercise videos for me to follow at home. I appreciate his professional and supportive approach and look forward to continuing my recovery with his guidance.

Top!! Due to hard triathlon training program I have seen numerous physiotherapists and masseurs in the past but Mike is the first who truly looks for the sourse of the issue rather than a quick solution, or a massage which is only temporary solution. (In my case) Highly recommended!

Great physiotherapist with deep knowledge of the human body. builds a recovery plan based on the needs of the patient and takes into account all relevant aspects that came into play. Personally, i am an injured amature athele who tries to get back to triathlon after a severe injury. Michalis has helped me understand the how’s and the why’s and does everything possible to get me back in action. could not be more greatful for his care and effort to get me back in running, cycling and swimming.

The physiotherapist took a lot of time and did a very thorough full-body assessment. He quickly identified the underlying issues, explained everything clearly, and provided me with specific exercises to work on. He also recorded videos and sent them to me, which was incredibly helpful because I could see exactly where the problems were and how to correct them. Very professional and highly recommended.🙏🏻

Unbelievable results. I came to Dr Mike after 2 years of pain and seeing many other physiotherapists. I did not think I would ever recover from my lower back injury and he was my last attempt at regaining my previous mobility and strength. After 4 months and a few visits I am out of constant pain and can move with confidence again. I have learnt so much from each session, about my body and recovery. He is always empathetic, caring and most of all ambitious for what his clients can achieve. Dr Mike is THE best.

Punctual, competent, explaining exercises for practicing at home. I recommend trying Michael’s services if you feel that your body needs decompression.

Dr. Michalis seemed very professional about his way of diagnosing my problems and their possible causes. He also explained in detail what's happening during the movements where I feel pain by demonstrating it on a Skeleton Model, which made it much more plausible. So far we only did the initial Evaluation, analyzed my movements throughout specific exercises etc. I'm looking forward to work with him and tackle my - mostly Gym/Workout related - problems.

As always, the experience was amazing. Today, I had to bring my toddler with me, and everyone in the clinic was so warm and friendly. Thank you for the educational little gift; my son has been playing with it all day. The atmosphere of the clinic is great! Best chiropractor in Cyprus. I've felt a lot of improvement with my back pain, and the simple exercises Dr. Michael recommended for daily practice have been very helpful too.
