Give clients more flexibility at checkout with buy now, pay later options like Klarna and Afterpay. When booking online, clients can choose to spread the cost of their purchases over time, while you receive the full payment in your Fresha Wallet upfront.
Klarna and Afterpay manage installment payments directly with your clients, so there's no additional payment collection or tracking on your side.
- Increase sales and average spend Make higher-value services and products more accessible by giving clients the flexibility to spread the cost of their purchases. Smaller upfront payments can encourage more bookings, larger purchases and higher average transaction values.
- Offer more ways to pay Give clients flexible payment options that suit their budget. With buy now, pay later methods available through Fresha Payments, clients can choose how they want to pay when booking online.
- Get paid upfront without extra admin Receive the full payment in your Fresha Wallet upfront, while Klarna and Afterpay handle installment payments directly with clients. There's no need to manage payment schedules or collect outstanding balances.
Enable buy now, pay later payment methods
Choose which buy now, pay later options to offer your clients based on what's available in your region.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Click Payments, then select Payment methods from the left menu.
- Find Klarna or Afterpay in your available payment methods and click Enable.
- Tick the checkbox to accept the payment provider's Terms and Conditions.
- Click Enable in the top right corner to save your changes.
Once enabled, clients can select your available buy now, pay later payment methods when booking online.

You receive the full payment in your Fresha Wallet upfront, while Klarna or Afterpay manages installment payments directly with your client.
Available payment methods depend on your business location. You can enable any supported buy now, pay later options shown in your Payment methods settings.
Open your Payment methods tab, click Actions (three dots) next to Klarna or Afterpay, and select Disable.
