The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I love visiting Ta Dah and Julia ! She takes so much pride in what she does, is extremely pasionate about what she does, and very particular about product she uses. Ive been going to melissa for brow waxes for nearly an year now and wouldn’t honestly go anywhere else. Ive also had gel nails done few times. She makes you feel completely at ease, chatty in the best way, and does a perfect job! I always leave with great brows and pretty nails!

I had my top up for my eyebrows and the results. are absolutely stunning. Eve was so professional, kind, and clearly very talented. What impressed me most is how natural my brows look—perfectly shaped and beautifully blended to suit my face. From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape.
