Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. Staff were very friendly, and Jordana was great. I booked in for a leg wax but my growth wasn't long enough and she waived the fee, really appreciated as that was entirely my error! Eyebrow and lip wax was very quick, I've had it done in the past where they had to go over the same place multiple times but this was just bosh bosh done!!!

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic.
