The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results. Julia is WONDERFUL!! This was my first visit to Ta-Dah and I will definitely be booking again. The private salon is welcoming and immaculate. Julia instantly put me at ease marking up my brows and explaining the best shape for my face. Her threading technique was so quick and gentle. Honestly my brows are the perfect shape now. Next, after a careful trim she used a combination of different waxes to give me an immaculately smooth Hollywood. Her attention to detail and her skill and care is absolutely fantastic. The best depilation treatment I have ever had. Thank you so much x

I had my top up for my eyebrows and the results. are absolutely stunning. Eve was so professional, kind, and clearly very talented. What impressed me most is how natural my brows look—perfectly shaped and beautifully blended to suit my face. The whole experience was calm and reassuring, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.
