I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Treated myself on my birthday today with a facial with Lou. It was so blissful. I forgot I was in London! My jaw was so relaxed and my headache disappeared. Will definitely be investing more in self care. I felt very comfortable with Lou, she was lovely. Highly recommend.

This was my third appointment with Shereece, and that alone says everything about how happy I am with her services. She’s incredibly professional, welcoming, and always delivers treatments that are truly on point. This time, I had a back facial (complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage) and the Glow Baby Glow facial; and let me tell you, the names do not disappoint. I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward.
