We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I had such a great experience with Bhoomi for my Hollywood wax. She was incredibly thorough, professional and so pleasant throughout. She made every effort to minimise any discomfort and made me feel completely at ease. I also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, including making me a peppermint tea and ensuring I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Excellent service — I would definitely recommend her!
