My knowledge of anything to do with skincare is little to none. Holly not only provided a tranquil space where I felt comfortable and well looked after but she also took her time to explain the benefits of each product she used on my face. My glycolic peel and microneedling which I have never had before, I really enjoyed. She was truly amazing and only a few hours after my treatments, my skin is feeling so different! I will be back for another experience with her. Cannot recommend her enough!

I walked in with a friend on a Sat afternoon to check out the hotel pool and after a brief summary of the amenities we asked about availability for Sunday evening and we got the last two appointments. Forms were sent digitally to handle before arriving and checkin was easy. We both got Deep Tissue massages and both felt our services were as described and that they are restorative.

This was my second facial with Holly and the difference to my skin has been incredible. Overall I have smoother plumper skin with a more radiant glow. My acne has improved so much and the scars are diminishing more and more each time I see Holly. The congestion on my skin has massively improved, and I’m super happy for Holly’s ongoing support and expertise throughout the facial appointments and outside of this. What a wonderful experience. I liked that you fill out a consultation online before the treatment, so you spend less time chatting & get more treatment time. Katya was very knowledgable & really tailored the treatment to my needs, along with additional recommendations. It was exactly what I needed and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Convenient location close to Homerton station & a lovely, clean, warm, welcoming treatment room.

I followed Sophie from another spa and am so happy she has her own place now which is absolutely beautiful. She's put a lot of thought into each detail and it shows. My facial today was dreamy and exactly what I needed. She uses high quality products and tools and gives relaxing massages. I can always trust her recommendations too. She's never pushy but once Sophie creates a regime for you, you won't look back. My skin is glowing and I feel rejuvenated. Can't wait for my next treatment. She's the best!

First time at Etched spa for leg + bikini waxing and it was great. Modern room with heated massage table, relaxing music playing and the therapist was perfect! She was very sweet, professional, and somehow managed to perfect nearly painless waxing! I will definitely book here again.

I’ve had 2 facials with Holly now and the difference in my skin is amazing already. She’s very knowledgable and takes the time to explain what she does and why it’s important. The experience was extremely relaxing and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone.
