A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. The couples Swedish massage with aromatherapy oils was just what we needed. Wonderful massage treatment from Chantal and Melissa in a lovely setting. Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

I booked the Full Head Spa, INOAR Japanese Silk treatment, and a trim at GAIA Head Spa. The experience was deeply relaxing and also informative, with a scalp scan showing buildup before and after. As someone with psoriasis and porous hair, it was helpful to learn how to better manage buildup and care for my hair. The silk treatment left my hair smooth and soft. A great balance of self-care and practical insight.

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her hands worked magic - I came in with a lot of pain and tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Kellie’s expertise, care and attention to detail were exceptional. If you’re dealing with stress or muscle pain, book Kellie immediately. She’s truly amazing and I’ll definitely be back next week.

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say.
