"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! I had my first appointment today at the beautiful Swan studio. Had a massage from Monika and can honestly say it's probably the best massage I've ever had. From entering the studio to leaving again everything was so professional. She asked what the problems were and just got to work. Very professional and very relaxing.
