I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

From start to finish my experience with Jo was perfect. Her massage room is warm and cosy. Jo herself, is a delight. She put me at ease from the get-go. Her massage and reflexology was amazing , applying the pressure I was comfortable with, checking in with me as well as allowing the much needed silence. The sister who carried out my Hijama made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job of the deep tissue massage, which has relieved a lot of pressure from my lower back. Since having my treatment I feel lighter, almost as though a heavy load has been lifted off my shoulder. The environment was clean and I will definitely return Insha’Allah.

I tried the 'Massage and ME' treatment for the first time and Jo created the perfect bespoke treatment for me. It was a very hot day so Jo used some cold stones which were amazingly refreshing. Jo also really thought about which oils would suit the treatment best as well as the weather and my mood. The whole treatment from start to finish was excellent, I even started and ended my day with a special guided meditation created by Jo just for me. I finished the treatment having gone into the most wonderful meditative state, it was incredible and the feeling of calm lasted me all day, so dreamy.
