Fantastic lash service at Bee Fab, as always! The owner, Bianca, knows her stuff and does it well. She also goes out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed during my appts, which I really appreciate. If you live on the Hamilton mountain, I highly recommend this spa!

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I visited Ciel Nail Spa Boutique and had a full self-care experience, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and waxing all done in one visit. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism. It was very nice having a facial done by Suneela. I upgraded to Hydramicrodermabrasion and was pleased. I do not object to paying for services and giving a tip. I do object to appointment fees with Fresha. Why should I pay for an appointment when I'm already paying for the service done at A & A. I booked directly to A & A and made my appointment with Alondra. I was surprised to see that it was sent to Fresha. I feel that this fee should be absorbed by A & A and clients should pay for services done on them. I have enjoyed coming here and hopefully will continue.
