Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I just had the most amazing facial experience! The staff was super friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Excellent work from Biance, who suggested I did an Lift and Tint instead of a full set of fake eyelashes because my eyelashed were full enough. The result was spectacular and she saved me money as well :)

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. The facials here are amazing! Alondra did my dermaplaning facial and it was the most luxurious treatments I’ve ever had! Scalp, neck & shoulder massage was included! She is meticulous with extractions & dermaplaning. This was only my second facial here and my skin has drastically improved in texture, moisture and appearance. I’m obsessed with the results!
