The best eyebrow experience I’ve had! I’ve spent years with multiple different eyebrow studios trying to even out my eyebrows (one of my biggest insecurities) but never felt like anyone understood what I was saying and what I wanted to accomplish. I went in concerned about a color change (from black/dark brown to natural brown), and they handled it with incredible expertise during one appointment. My hair color is back to its natural brown color. Not only is the color absolutely seamless and vibrant, but my hair actually feels healthier than when I walked in. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first time coming to the spa. Jessica did my facial and eyebrows for me. She did and excellent job and was very warm and welcoming. The ambiance was very relaxing and the spa itself was very clean. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend!

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. J explained everything as she went along and checked in regularly. I felt relaxed and pampered and I love the results of the facial, lash lift and tint and brow tint. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of months.

Had a root touch up and wash n blow-dry with Laila. Also face wax and eye brow tinting. One stop shop! I love it! Laila is amazing! Patient, professional and passionate about her work and making you look your best! She loves her job. You can tell.
