This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. From the intake to the treatment to the debrief afterwards they were nothing but absolutely wonderful. And I'm not super familiar with the procedures and they described everything very clearly and thoroughly and made the whole experience very comfortable. I'll definitely be back for some more treatments once I figure out what I want to do.

This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

I was referred to Jake and I am so grateful I was. I have finicky skin and I get hyperpigmentations easily. I was scared to try micro needling, thinking it wouldn’t be for my skin. Jake has been completely patient in answering my questions. I finally booked and had my first micro needling treatment yesterday. It was the best experience. Every service was handled with great attention and professionalism.
