I had a sports therapy massage with Grace and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She was amazing from start to finish – really thorough, asked lots of questions, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Precision Sports Therapy. Morgan was really nice and did an amazing job. I couldn’t turn my neck to the side before I came in, and after the massage I could move it again. The knot loosened up just like it should. I’d definitely recommend and will be back.

Yvette was extremely professional and knowledgeable combined with the perfect amount of friendliness and warmth. This was my first experience of a deep tissue massage and she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me exercises to follow up with after. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Orchard Holistic Therapy for over a year now and always leave so relaxed after an aromatherapy oil massage. A lovely environment and Kirstyn is wonderful!

I had a planned follow up treatment from earlier in the week & I received an excellent professional service from Grace on this occasion. Yet again, I can only highly recommend this sports therapist work, knowledge & manner. The Recovery Rooms outfit exceed my expectations every visit. Brilliant!

We had a wonderful experience at Revive southsea. Being parents to a 1.5 year old has definitely be tiring at times so having a morning to just relax and unwind was exactly what we needed. We went for the package which includes red light therapy, hydromassage and floatation tank. Each of these treatments relaxed us however I personally found the hydromassage the best. The floatation tank was an amazing experience but I think to truly relax I would need to do it a couple of times. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful morning.

Very experienced therapist. I had a physio assessment, treatment, massage, I was given advice, shown and sent exercises for my nerve issue in my neck/shoulder. I would highly recommend Yvette. She is very friendly and professional.

Absolutely fab! Had a full body aromatherapy massage and it was, top to toe. Kirstyn was great, the therapy room was spotlessly clean and air conditioned 🙏 and in a beautiful setting. I know what my next appointment is going to be 😛.

Relaxing environment. Clean. Tidy. Smell beautiful scents throughout. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed both red light therapy and Hydro massage so much. Was a wonderful experience. Yvette was absolutely lovely and really knows her stuff! I had never been to physio before but felt welcome and comfortable throughout my appointment. Will definitely be recommending her and will be back if I need to!

This was my first visit to Orchard Holistic Therapy. I booked in for a back, shoulder and neck massage which was amazing. Kirstyn was lovely and the treatment room very warm, clean and relaxing. I had a shoulder injury weeks prior and can honestly say the massage definitely eased the pain. I came away feeling very relaxed and stress free. I would highly recommend to any one looking for massage. I am hopefully going to book further treatments.

Kirstyn at Orchard Holistic Therapy is amazing! For my birthday Kirstyn put together a personalised pamper day which was absolutely incredible! The weather was amazing which meant we were able to enjoy her beautiful garden where we spent most of the day whilst doing guided facials, party games, an afternoon tea spread provided by Kirstyn and an hour treatment each. It was such a calm, relaxing day. Shout out to Kirstyn’s husband too who was on hand all day with prosecco, teas and coffees! It was such a special day and we cannot thank Orchard Holistic Therapy enough but THANK YOU Xxx
