I had a hydrotherapy massage, it was amazing. The place is lovely and relaxing, the receptionist was friendly and showed me everything I needed to know. Will definitely go back.

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

I would highly recommend the Recovery Room and Gaz. He was reassuring and regularly asked if there was any pain and what areas were most in need. Many suggestions were given to help in the future.

Lovely flotation experience, everything was explained fully beforehand and it was reassuring to know that pod can be left open or light on if required. I found it wonderfully relaxing and the time went very quickly. I was not made to feel rushed and full shower facilities and toiletries are provided for afterwards. Will definitely be back!

Today marked my inaugural visit to Portsmouth Massage - by Kirsten MCfarlane. The experience was truly exceptional; I was completely relaxed from start to finish. Kirsten provided thorough explanations of the process, took note of my preferences and aversions, and maintained a highly professional atmosphere throughout. Unbelievable experience today on the hydrotherapy massage bed and float pod , really unwinding and relaxing, released tension and trauma within my body They thought of everything there , down to bags for ur wet bikini afterwards and hair dying station . High recommend it worth every penny Thank you . Ladies were lovely and explained everything well xxx

This is my first visit to Revive and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a very friendly smile from Claire who took me around the facilities before I had some infra-red therapy. She explained to me what to expect and then left me to my 20 minute session. Bliss! I’ve been experiencing a lot of joint pain caused by hormone changes and due to my job being physical. My joints even after 1 session are not hurting at all and it was nice for my mind to relax. I will definitely include this kind of therapy into my recovery regime. Very reasonably priced at £20 for 20 minutes.

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.
