Hannah and Jordan have been amazing physiotherapists that have helped my shoulder and upper back on the road to recovery and improvement! Not only have I been given deep massages to help with my stiffness, but I also have been given stuff to do outside of the sessions to support my recovery! I can't recommend this enough!

Thank you so much for today, it was the most relaxing treatment I think I’ve ever had. The sound bowls are amazing and I loved all the attention to detail. You get to choose an oracle card before you start, an oil, and delicious tea. Then I had a head, shoulders, neck and face massage, pure heaven, highly recommend!!

Hannah was amazing at the initial assessment meeting and even more so after having my first treatment with her today. She is so knowledgeable, kind, explains everything she is doing. Thank you so much for helping with something that has been bothering me for so long.

I had a great time at wellbeing harmony. Sophia took time at the beginning of the session to understand more about myself to tailor the session. I came away feeling relaxed and reflective. Just thinking about the next session I can boo!
