I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

A very different treatment to what I have had before using the bamboo stick and hot stones!

This is my first visit to Revive and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a very friendly smile from Claire who took me around the facilities before I had some infra-red therapy. She explained to me what to expect and then left me to my 20 minute session. Bliss! I’ve been experiencing a lot of joint pain caused by hormone changes and due to my job being physical. My joints even after 1 session are not hurting at all and it was nice for my mind to relax. I will definitely include this kind of therapy into my recovery regime. Very reasonably priced at £20 for 20 minutes.

Professional and relaxing, high recommendation

When I booked, I knew it was going to be treat-and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The floatation tank and hydrotherapy massage was so relaxing. All made more enjoyable by the kind staff, and what felt like exclusive use of the relaxation room. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much for a relaxing, detoxing and refreshing 4 hours.

It was my first time having a sports massage/therapy like this, and Georgia was great. I can’t believe how much better my back is feeling already, and I have pretty much a full range of movement already which is amazing. I’ll definitely look to book in a massage more regularly when you get back. Thanks!

Good first experience of cryotherapy I was well informed

Hydrotherapy bed very good. Think next time I will go for just back programme. Not sure if light on console was working and I think I changed the programme by accident. Relaxing. Will book another session.

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.
