I had such an incredible experience at Line Spa and Polish. Both Helen and Hannah did my nails (I had a gel pedicure and manicure). They both were incredibly sweet and I haven't received customer service like this in a while. They made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails (the shape, colour, etc); they even changed colours for me when I realized it I didn't love the original colour I chose. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring they were delivering a good service. Absolutely would recommend and will be back :).

Amazing nail place! Great comparable prices. Also when Lily has done my nails they always last. I am a nurse and do a lot of handwashing/ cooking. I’ve been going for 6 months and the team is friendly and great.

Tracy gives an amazing pedicure. All of the staff there are lovely, and this place has the best leg/foot massage I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

I had a fantastic experience with Lily for a manicure! She helped me pick my colour and gave great advice, did a wonderful job and was super lovely to chat with. This was my second time with her (the first time the polish lasted so well) and I will definitely be back in the future!! I chose the quick dry manicure and it seems to be great quality and good colour options as well. Highly recommend!

Got my nails and pedi done yesterday by JOY and I’m seriously so happy with the results 💅✨ Everything was done so cleanly - especially the cuticle care, which was super neat and precise. You can really tell they paid attention to every little detail. The color turned out beautiful and the finish is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back again :)

Selena was amazing! My first time getting a design from here and she killed the inspo. I’ve never had someone put as much work and care into nail prep as she did. Saw past examples of her work at her station and on her Instagram, will 100% be booking back with her. Also not to mention she was so sweet about helping me with design colors and asking to take pictures for her instagram.

Thank you for making Mother’s Day so special I’ve come here a couple of times and every time I come here it’s always been different and very enjoyable. I highly recommend the pedicure along with a yummy glass of Matcha. I hope they consider us Surrey location so it’s closer definitely will come again!
