Christina does an incredible job with any service. She is especially masterful with eyebrows. I get them waxed and tinted and I walk out happy. She also microbladed my sister's eyebrows after chemo and they looked natural and beautiful. I also get my eyelashes curled by Christina prior to vacations so I have no need for daytime waterproof mascara. I am always pleased with her detail and skill.

I enjoy the Salon, they are always very professional and friendly. The price is reasonable and they are always ready to offer suggestions when I need them. The people are so nice and I often fall asleep when I get my lashes done.

I love going to butterfly nail salon on West Broadway. Everybody is so friendly and seemingly love their jobs. Every person here acknowledges you. Today I had Emma do my manicure and pedicure, and also wax my eyebrows and tint them. She always does such an amazing job.. She’s the sweetest person and so kind as well. Honestly, Morgane is the Best Lash Artist in the City! Sooo happy with her lash extensions and her lash lifts! Her lash lifts stay lifted for super long unlike others and she always achieves the best lash look for me! She honestly can give you celebrity-look lash extensions…her quality of work is amazing and also I can tell she uses high-quality products (light and luxurious lashes with high grade adhesives). She also has the best customer service…she is very kind, caring and friendly! She is extremely experienced and is also a Lash Trainer/Mentor. I have to book at least a month in advance!

My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

Paula is my go to woman for lashes and eyebrows. The products are so gentle on sensitive skin. My lashes always look so good 😍

I LOVE my lashes, Morgane is the best in the city! You must book with her…honestly no one matches her techniques…she is extremely talented with matching your eye shape with the best lash styling and best lashes sizing! She takes her time and she uses only high-quality products, and I noticed I hardly get any fall out of eyelashes compared to other Lash Technicians I have tried in the past. Thank you Morgane, very happy client 10/10!
