Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.

I went for a sports massage with Steph after struggling with a repetitive strain injury in my hip, as well as neck and shoulder pain, and I was so impressed. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. Her technique was effective, and she checked in throughout to ensure the pressure was right. I felt a noticeable difference straight after, and my mobility was much better the next day. I highly recommend Steph and will definitely be back!

My head spa experience was fantastic. The before snd after scan was very educational snd made slit if sense why my hair didn’t seem to grow with all that build up. Judith was so friendly and explained each step thoroughly. It was so relaxing and my head snd scalp feels squeaky clean and lighter.

Good experience , we all enjoyed our massages. The only downfall is that they were a bit unprepared so we had to wait for a bit while they organised the rooms and during the massages , they kept opening the doors which was not relaxing . Would also recommend getting heaters in the therapy rooms . Otherwise , enjoyed it .

I had a post event sports massage with Ninnette and it was truly amazing! I was in a lot of pain before the massage, but Ninnete used great technique and care for my muscles and I already feel a lot better. I’ll definitely be booking with Ninnette again!
