I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. Was having issues with a tight, achey glute. Issue identified quickly and exercises explained to strengthen the area. Also received a massage to release the muscle. Went from a niggling ache the day before to being able to walk in total comfort the day after. Would highly recommend Danny.
