This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Had my second microneedling session at @drallision.aesthetics this morning, and it was an exceptional start to my Saturday. We added the Hyperpigmentation Repair Serum to my treatment plan, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. Dr Allison combines expertise with genuine care, taking time to understand your concerns and ensure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Very friendly and professional team. Kaneesha is knowledgeable about her treatments, have so much patience and provide excellent guidance on aftercare. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make a positive change in yourself. I must also commend them on their massage room. The room itself is welcoming and feels very relaxing and calming with the colour scheme adding a lovely touch. What makes it even more relaxing is the warm-hearted blankets they use, which add that extra touch of care and comfort for their clients. It is very much appreciated.

Very professional service. I felt a bit nauseous and hot during my treatment and my therapist was so helpful and accommodating. I even got a quick blow dry afterwards even though I was doing my own hair. I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book it again as soon as my pregnancy is over.
