I had a brow threading and a Lash Lift & Tint with Kaneesha. She has magic fingers. She is very gentle and explains very well what she is doing. The salon is also wonderful, with a very calm and soothing atmosphere. Everybody there is great. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes being pampered and appreciates professionalism. This is from now on my go-to beauty salon.

Honestly, Refined beauty by Azraa is the best lash tech in Cape Town!! Every lash set she does whether it’s from a classic to a mega volume is slayed and perfected. Highly recommend Refined Beauty by Azraa!

The experience was great with Janine who did my threading today, she was very gentle, thorough and patient. However I booked an appointment online for yesterday and when i got there was told that the threading lady was not in, as my car is in the garage i had to pay an uber to get there. The lady at the reception told me they tried to get a hold of me, i am on your watsapp communication and had no communication. please ensure that the online appointment booking rejects an appointment if the therapist is not there.

Ameera is the freaking best 😭😍❤️‍🔥 been going to her for my eyebrow threading since april and omg !!! she makes me feel like a whole new person when she is done doing her magic 🥹 she just knows how ! may Allah increase you and send you endless Baraka & Rizq in everything you do Ameen 🥹💕

I learnt so much, and as we age it is imperative to have some guidance on the best way to make up your face, with tips on hiding large pores and reducing hooded eyes etc. What I thought was so fantastic was Angelic wrote down what products she recommended, which are all affordable and can be bought at clicks and dischem. Rather spend more on actual mosturising etc products. Regards Caryl

I was greeted with a huge smile from all the team members and they immediately made me feel comfortable. Mathapelo did my dermaplaning, threading and facial and she was absolutely amazing! Azraa is the most incredible lash artist there is. I’m new to CT and was lucky enough to find a place which far exceeds what I thought lashes and brows could look like done properly. The “signature lashes” done by Azraa are absolutely incredible. They are soft and last me around 4 weeks max. Azraa is not only an incredible therapist to listen to all your drama but an incredibly quick artist. The venue is serene and relaxing. I have done lashes, eyebrow threading and tint and lamination as well as dermaplaning in the last month with Azraa and every service has been incredible!!!!!!
