This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”

Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️

This was my second visit at Rua Beauty and I love my nails, she takes her time to insure your nails are beautiful and uses good hygiene with her services. She was also super helpful in terms of getting what I wanted by ordering the colours to do the style I wanted done (Brown cat eye) aswell as tips to soften feet callouses. She was also super accommodating by asking every so often if I’d like something to drink and even offered me a snack since I was hungry and the shops around us were closed 🤣 Overall an amazing experience with great chats and gossip. Would 1000% recommend coming to Rua😇

Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. Love love having Liya see to my nails. Soft gel tips September & October cause my nails are very short & brittle ..now having nail strengthening done then in next 2weeks go for polygel with no14 colour. Very happy with progress.

Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

I had booked the wrong nails for my daughter (gel overlay instead of gel tips) and they didn't have the correct technician available for this and her matric dance was the next day! But they made a plan and sorted my mistake and managed to fit her in and she was very happy with her nails. Thank you so much!
