I had my first experience getting a haircut in Richmond here and it was one of the best experiences i've had ever! I had Suki as a stylist and it was amazing and helped me feel super comfortable, I'm super happy with the service here. The staff was also super polite and kind. Will be booking another appointment whenever I need another haircut!

such a beautiful place. they were able to recreate the exact nails I wanted. Actually, part of the nail art I wanted had stickers on it but since they didn't have any, my nail tech decided to hand paint it instead. Love it here!!

James is an absolute pro! I asked for a two-block undercut, and even though certain lengths need more time to grow out, he nailed it. The back and sides were trimmed perfectly without compromising the front, and the result was super clean and stylish. He even went above and beyond to teach me hair wax styling techniques, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend James for his skill, attention to detail, and exceptional service!
