I had the most wonderful spa treatment experience. Stephanie is truly gifted. From the minute she came down to invite me into the spa I knew it would be a wonderful experience. She is super attentive to detail and each service provided to me, including the massage and mani&pedi was perfectly executed. I left feeling like a new person! Thanks very much Stephanie. I will definitely be making this an ongoing treatment protocol.

I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.
