I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Highly Recommend Silk Beauty I had my very first waxing experience at Silk, and I cannot recommend them enough! I was a bit nervous going in, but Claudine completely put me at ease. She made me feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish, walking me through the entire process and letting me know exactly what to expect.She also shared so many helpful tips and post-care recommendations, which I appreciated so much as a first-timer. I usually do my facials with Rayana but she wasnt in and I was a little skeptical to book with another beautician. Rue was amazing! Very nice and friendly. I loved how she did my facial. I'm definitely booking a treatment at least every month! She was truly a sweetheart! I can't praise her enough.

Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.
