This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.

I am genuinely impressed! Zanele worked professionally and efficiently! She did an incredible job taking extra care throughout the treatment and afterwards to ensure I was comfortable. She was also very accommodating when I changed my appointment from just brows to a full face treatment, which I really appreciated. Zanele communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment, explaining what she was doing and making me feel completely at ease.
