Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. I had waxing at Maen (Men) in South East London, and it was the best experience! The team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. The service is precise, hygienic, and top-quality. I can’t recommend this place enough. This is definitely my go-to from now on!

This was my second time having Nyla as my make-up artist in the space of two weeks, for two special days! I cannot thank you enough Nyla for the wonderful job you did. You made me feel and look like a princess on both days, and as someone who feels anxious about how makeup looks/is applied, you highlighted my features with the colors, amount and look I was comfortable with. Nyla is incredibly talented, she will match the vision of what you want with what looks right for your features and outfit! She's also so patient, kind and helpful! I couldn't recommend her enough! Jodie is just amazing. If only all businesses ran with the same genuine level of care and attention for their clients. I had tried to book a top up before holidays but was too late to get an appointment. Jodie's team proactively got in touch with me to ask if I wanted an appointment, I explained that I had looked but there was nothing free. They promptly managed to fit me in due to a cancellation they had. The service and the experience so far has been just exceptional. If you want to feel cared for and get brilliant treatments this is the place.

Amazing service! Honestly, she’s the first nail technician I’ve been to who truly knows what she’s doing. She has an incredible eye for detail and takes her time to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result. You never feel rushed, and the quality of her work really shows. Absolute miracle worker! Where has she been all my life? Haha. But.. no, seriously ? I’ve been looking for an all in one colourist and stylist in a private setting in London for a while now. Kay is kind, empathic, a great listener, funny.. and a genius with colour correction and cut. A true artists on so many levels! Really transformed me within a few hours and “bless her “ .. it was a lot of work/time on her behalf! Maya is incredibly friendly and professional. I had been going to the same hairdresser for eight years, but after he moved away from London, I struggled to find someone I could trust. I even tried colouring my hair at home, which was a terrible mistake! Thankfully, I found Maya. She completely transformed and restored my hair. The result was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Her knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy hairdresser.

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
