This was my second time having Nyla as my make-up artist in the space of two weeks, for two special days! I cannot thank you enough Nyla for the wonderful job you did. You made me feel and look like a princess on both days, and as someone who feels anxious about how makeup looks/is applied, you highlighted my features with the colors, amount and look I was comfortable with. Nyla is incredibly talented, she will match the vision of what you want with what looks right for your features and outfit! She's also so patient, kind and helpful! I couldn't recommend her enough! Madeleine was my grandma’s nail tech and she was lovely. My grandma doesn’t speak English but Madeleine was able to make her feel welcome. My grandma had an amazing time and enjoyed her experience. She took her time cleaning her nails and her cuticles .

Jodie is just amazing. If only all businesses ran with the same genuine level of care and attention for their clients. I had tried to book a top up before holidays but was too late to get an appointment. Jodie's team proactively got in touch with me to ask if I wanted an appointment, I explained that I had looked but there was nothing free. They promptly managed to fit me in due to a cancellation they had. The service and the experience so far has been just exceptional.
