Did my first session of microdermabrasion, which i got instant results to lighten up my hyperpigmentation. Being a woman of colour I really wanted someone who understands my skin, texture and Natasha did just that. From the get go customer service is delivered. They offered me and my mother chilled water after all it is summer. Making sure we’re relaxed and pre-prep before we entered our session. Thank you for hospitality and guidance of aftercare. This was the first time I've ever had a pedicure. I was very self conscious of my toes and feet that I always wore closed toe shoes. However with a holiday and my wedding next week, I thought I should make the effort with my feet. Turns out I had nothing to worry about as Szilvia made me feel so at ease from the inital booking over messages to making me feel so welcome and comfortable when arriving for my appointment and she did such a fantastic job and made my toes look amazing! I'm so so happy with the result and can't wait to show them off now. Thank you!!

The best place to have your eyebrows done. Szilvi is so helpful and friendly but most of all caring. She checked at every stage if I was happy with the way my eyebrows look, if the process hurts. She explained the aftercare and gave a leaflet and cleaning liquid and balm with it as well. My eyebrows were so overplucked that I barely had any. Now they already look lovely and we still gonna do the top up. I love it. Can't wait for my next appointment to finish it.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Such a great service, I was so nervous about having lip blush, however Szilvia was amazing, put me at ease straight away. Loved the outcome.
