Bianka has been amazing in helping me resolve a long standing skin concern of mine. She has been especially diligent in reviewing medication I take that can cause issues with IPL and finding the balance between great results and safe levels of the laser for my skin. A few more sessions to go but happy with the progress so far.

My favourite therapist! Karen knows what I want to achieve in every session, sometimes my skin needs to be hydrated and sometimes it needs to be brightened. For all the sessions that have been with her, she is able to customise to my needs. Highly recommended.

I had my first Lip Blushing session and experience there. I didn't know what to expect but my experience there was phenomenal. The place was nice and relaxing and Wendy was very thorough with her work and very gentle, I almost fell asleep a couple of times! Really lovely experience with Iona. I’ll definitely be booked some more sessions soon. The session was super quick, way more comfortable than I expected, and the results came through faster than I thought they would. Overall, such a good experience — I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone curious about trying laser for the first time.

It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Amazing waxing experience with Judith! Incredible customer service - She made me feel so comfortable & we had great chats and laughs throughout the session. The waxing itself was done super well, and the process was not nearly as painful or awkward as I expected. I am writing this review 5+ hours after my appointment and my skin feels amazing. Just had my second session at Silhouette Lab, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. I got the wood therapy lymphatic massage + red light treatment, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and more defined. The wooden tools really helped with de-puffing and stimulating circulation I could see and feel a difference right away. Silhouette Lab has such a calming vibe, and the staff are so professional and attentive. They make you feel really comfortable and take their time to ensure everything is done properly.
