I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I regularly attend this location for my brow threading and today I went in for an eyebrow lamination tint and shaping. This was such an amazing experience. Got treated to a hand and arm massage with my service which was a wonderful, unexpected treat! Definitely will be back for this!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Reet was incredibly skilled and precise, shaping my brows exactly how I wanted while keeping them natural-looking. The process was quick and relatively painless. I was a bit nervous about waxing, but Reet was professional, reassuring, and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Her technique was quick yet but thorough.
