I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

My hairdresser was Danielle Ravenheart and honestly I was dragging my feet to write this review because she's exceptional and I want her to myself. She's a curl specialist wizard, I have 3a,3b and 2c curly hair and haven't gotten a haircut I was happy with in genuinely years, and no hairdresser I ever went to understood how to cut my hair or how to flatter my face. Through wizardry or extreme skill who's to say how she transformed my hair fully,I've never gotten a haircut that flattered my face so beautifully. I told her my goals and she knew what to do without me even knowing what to ask for!

Susana was great from start to finish. I had a wonderful relaxing shampooing with an easy haircut with a nice roll brush straightening while being blow dried. She also gave me suggestions for my perimenopausal thinning hair in natural simple ways to try. I'm looking for a new permanent hairdresser as mine retired and after trying a couple other places over the past 2 years I'm gonna go back and see her again as it was a welcoming experience. That's a positive in my books 🤗

Misha did an amazing job on my hairespecially considering the “before” situation could’ve qualified as a small natural disaster. She gave thoughtful, honest advice, was warm and friendly, and best of all, didn’t make me feel like I had to chat while I’m in the middle of an emphysema flare-up (I currently sound like a frog who’s had a very long night ). I’ll definitely be back so we can tackle my very stubborn, borderline impossible bangs—and I’d happily book with Misha again. Also, thank you for the tea and cookies!

I had such an amazing experience today.Honestly, I’ve been in a pretty bad mood lately, and even though I’d read great reviews about her, I thought people might be exaggerating but I was wrong. She is the real deal! Sheena is practical, patient, and clearly dedicated to her craft. She has a natural talent; her hands and eyes move so fast yet so skillfully. I’m super picky when it comes to haircuts and I’ve been to so many places where they just couldn't get my color right always ended up peachy. Sheena did exactly the colour and cover all the gray. Beautiful hair cut suit me perfect. happy 😊

Today, we went to this barber shop for the first time. The hairstylist communicated well with my boyfriend about the specific hairstyle and desired length. He also made continuous and careful adjustments based on his hair texture. The haircut turned out to be excellent, and we will definitely visit him again next time. His name is Eden.
