I had a great experience at the Cape Town branch. Zoe took a lot of care in doing the treatments on me, she was very informative and made sure I felt very pampered! I had my eyebrows laminated and tinted by Mimi, and I couldn't be happier! She is incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. Her attention to detail and cleanliness is unmatched. I’ve honestly never enjoyed getting my lashes done until I met her. It was always a painful, uncomfortable process before, so I just thought that was normal. With her, it’s completely different , seamless, gentle, and genuinely relaxing. No pain at all. And when she’s done? Absolutely stunning. You walk out looking and feeling like a goddess. Precious did an absolutely amazing job! She was quick but still incredibly professional. She completely saved my nails—they were so short, but with the tips and BIAB the results were flawless. I showed her a design and she recreated it exactly like the photo. I’m beyond happy with my nails! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Cape Town and would 100% recommend her! ✨💅
