My first time at lash and brow Avenue and it was an amazing experience. Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. shoutout to Julie - my new lash lady. Was recommended by a workmate &she’s exceptional; she’s saved my real lashes by isolating them &slowly having them grow out. After YRS of bad extensions, she’s shown me how it’s actually done! The proof is all in her technique & the retention clearly shows. She’s listened to my style + flexible with time/days. After using a serum &attending regular appts, i can c my real lashes growing stronger&therefore prolonging retention. I’ve also gotten my nails done here - got discounted &her colleagues was rly nice & gave me a nice colour suggestion🙂now a regular🥰

Absolutely loved my experience today! She was so kind, respectful, and professional from start to finish. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had such a lovely vibe. Beautiful little spot in the heart of Liverpool. They did a fantastic job on my brows this morning! I suggest leaving extra time to get there and get a parking spot as it took me way longer than expected and ended up running 5 minutes late. They were lovely about it and still brought me in to do my brows.
