My first time at lash and brow Avenue and it was an amazing experience. Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. My brows turned out amazing and I am really happy with the service of brow laminate, hybrid dye and shape and my added treat of eye mask during my session. shoutout to Julie - my new lash lady. Was recommended by a workmate &she’s exceptional; she’s saved my real lashes by isolating them &slowly having them grow out. After YRS of bad extensions, she’s shown me how it’s actually done! The proof is all in her technique & the retention clearly shows. She’s listened to my style + flexible with time/days. After using a serum &attending regular appts, i can c my real lashes growing stronger&therefore prolonging retention. I’ve also gotten my nails done here - got discounted &her colleagues was rly nice & gave me a nice colour suggestion🙂now a regular🥰

One word: amazing. Jane is so kind and patient and my eyebrows look ah-mazing. My baby was a bit unsettled as she woke up mid appointment and Jane was such a pro and patient throughout. 10/10 eyebrow tint & 10/10 customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Absolutely loved my experience today! She was so kind, respectful, and professional from start to finish. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had such a lovely vibe. The bed was warm and comfortable, which made the whole appointment even more relaxing. Most importantly, she did an amazing job on my lashes—I am obsessed with how they turned out! Where do I start - like seriously!! I was both excited & nervous at the same time having being my first time EVER doing anything with my eyebrows - I did the Ombré Brows today with Anny & LOVED IT! From the beginning to the end Anny made me feel at ease, she was patient, understanding & reassured me that all would be ok & that I would honestly love the result WHICH I DID. 10/10 for everything today with Anny - I’m soooo glad I chose to go with Lash Studio, HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all.

I enjoyed my first time getting my lashes done and I loved the results. Kristen is so thorough and she makes sure I love the result and am completely satisfied with my look. Also, she is such a lovely person and has such good conversations and stories to tell. She made it such a comfortable environment and a safe space to be in. I even travelled 2~ hours to her place and I’d say it was so worth it. I recommend going to her if you want an amazing and friendly lash tech.
