Nicky is so lovely, never had an eyebrow tint until visiting lash and brow avenue. First tint, was abit of a shock but I realised the day after, they are perfect! As most do, I felt so sceptical trying someone new, I could tell she knew what she was doing when she was applying my tint for my brows, Valentina also checked to see if I felt comfortable with the colour of the first brow before wiping off the tint on my other brow. My first time at lash and brow Avenue and it was an amazing experience. Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. My brows turned out amazing and I am really happy with the service of brow laminate, hybrid dye and shape and my added treat of eye mask during my session. shoutout to Julie - my new lash lady. Was recommended by a workmate &she’s exceptional; she’s saved my real lashes by isolating them &slowly having them grow out. After YRS of bad extensions, she’s shown me how it’s actually done! The proof is all in her technique & the retention clearly shows. She’s listened to my style + flexible with time/days. After using a serum &attending regular appts, i can c my real lashes growing stronger&therefore prolonging retention. I’ve also gotten my nails done here - got discounted &her colleagues was rly nice & gave me a nice colour suggestion🙂now a regular🥰

I had a wonderful experience. The ladies were very friendly and professional, and everything felt clean and welcoming. I had several treatments done including lash lift, brows, facial and bacne treatment. As someone new to lash lifts, and facials I didn’t realise that having them both done in the same day might not be a good idea- my lashes were done first and ended up pretty squished after the facial and bacne treatments which was disappointing. I do wish that someone had mentioned this or that the lash lift might have been done last but other than that I would definitely recommend this place

Absolutely most beautiful salon I’ve ever been too, I was passing through in the truck from Adelaide as I am with my husband, and because it’s my birthday tomorrow, he gave me some pamper time without the kids. Katie's hand was really soft and her touch was gentle I almost fell asleep. I can say that the service is better than what I am getting from my previous lash spa. I am trying all the lashes spa nearby and can say that Melissa lashes is by far one of the best.
