First time ever receiving a facial and I’m so glad I had got to experience it with Donna as she was so friendly and easy to approach. She also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session and had educated me on what I should/can do moving forward in terms of maintaining and looking after my skin. I had been wanting to get laser done for a while but felt very hesitant due to having sensitive skin. However, when I found out Luminous SLC offered pain-free hair removal suitable for sensitive skin, I decided to give it a go! Donna was highly experienced and constantly ensured I was comfortable. It was not painful and my skin tolerated it very well. I can already see results and cannot wait for my next session ! Thank you so much :)
