This was so calming and peaceful. My skin was lifted and glowing as i left from a facial but the head spa experience all around was superb! The head massage and treatments were relaxing and healing. Ending with the leg massage was incredible. Would recommend Auska 110% She makes your journey into the best experience possible with quiet nuturing atmosphere and attention. Will make this a must a future trips to Vancouver BC!

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

La Lucia is the best hair salon in Vancouver! The entire team is friendly, the salon is spotless, and they only use high-quality products. My hairstylist is Andy, and I’ve had several haircuts with him — he’s professional, detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. I’ve never once regretted getting my hair done by him.

Haircut was good. However it was difficult conversing and understand hair stylist as he just came to Vancouver recently. Good idea to use translation app until English proficiency improves whilev working at the salon.

I have always gone to salons on Main Street, this style and cut/color was literally $200 +tip cheaper and it’s lovely. The products they use, the time and attention is great. Highly recommend.

Chika was very attentive, checking in often with me to make sure I was comfortable, and did BEAUTIFUL work on my hair. Very meticulous, very peaceful. Small heads up if using their Fresha booking service - paying for the service ahead does not allow you to tip so I tipped in person after some confusion as I didn't have cash on hand but then AFTER the service Fresha emails to prompt for a tip.

Been going for 5+ years, always great service. Best shampoo and head massage in Vancouver in the best lighted massage chair from Paris. Great tea/coffee snacks and own Ipad for Netflix. Highly recommend. Thank you for today, Kai and Alberto!

I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

First time getting my lashes done and it was such an amazing time! I felt so relaxed and pampered. Katelyn made sure I was well taken care of by checking my comfortability, offering beverages and playing a podcast I was interested in. She followed exactly what I had in mind especially since it was my first time and I was extra nervous. She gave me the most beautiful “Wet look” set which went perfectly with everyday makeup to night time looks for the club! I’m obsessed! I’m also writing this review after 3 weeks and the lashes still look perfect! I definitely found the perfect lash lady! 10/10!
